How we use your donations.

When donating to a charitable cause, obviously we all want to feel that our money is not being wasted and is doing a good job in helping those less fortunate than ourselves.

At AAF we the trustees believe we are privileged to be the “postmen” delivering your aid to the needy, and are therefore accountable to all who donate. We constantly ensure that our administrative expenses are strictly kept to the minimum, often covered by specific gifts.
As a result we can state with a little pride that every penny individually donated to AAF, is used to help in a practical way needy people in Kenya.

We try to be as transparent as we can, holding regular talks and presentations which are open to all, to account for and explain our spending. Our accounts, as well as being published here, are always available on the Charity Commission website.

We also hope that our new style website will give you all the information you want ~ if it doesn't, e-mail us ~ we are always happy to answer your questions.
